First Aid Courses
Interactive workshops with time for practicing and questions, leading to qualifications with no formal tests. A relaxed training environment to build confidence. Defib included in all courses as standard. Courses can be held in workplaces or sports clubs for exclusive training, or at one of our venues.

Basic Life Support
This course is 2.5 hours & Resuscitation Council Compliant. This course can be relevant to anyone, there are more and more public defibs (AED’s) and this is designed to give you the confidence to use it. Qualification valid for 3 years, and certificate included.
